Focus on Quality

In Uncategorized on April 18, 2011 at 8:24 pm

Quality is often a misused and misunderstood term these days when referring to jewelry. If you are focused on acquiring fine quality jewelry, the journey to that particular destination can be precarious.

In business, a reputation is earned over a period of time, now it seems that many firms believe that it can be bought with clever marketing, mass production and the saturation of advertising; resulting in the perception of quality even if it does not exist.

A façade proclaiming the opposite of reality; you may have paid a lot for very little.

For a moment, think about the current economic situation….precious metals and virtually all items used in fine jewelry are at their highest levels in recent history, yet there are stores advertising sales from 25% – 70% off.  How can this be if they are to remain in business? How can you make a fine quality piece of jewelry cheaply?

Simply put, you can’t.

“Quality isn’t something that can be argued into an article or promised into it. It must be put there.

If it isn’t put there, the finest sales talk in the world won’t act as a substitute.”
